Hi Rob, I'm sorry to hear you didn't have the best experience when collecting your order. Please consider the following : We work hard to ensure every garment is printed to the highest standard, we spent time enhancing the images you supplied to ensure the best possible result. Most custom websites would print what is supplied regardless of quality of the artwork. From speaking to my colleague I believe the issue was the size of the t-shirts you received. Prior to placing your order we sent links through to yourself for the products we had available, these have size charts that you can view prior to ordering. We also have these available to view in our showroom so people can double check before finalising orders. We can not take responsibility for someone ordering the wrong sizes. My colleague would have known the steps we take to have happy customers. If he felt defensive this may have been wrongly construed as "now caring" as we get lots of good feedback on his attitude. Update to the below, since the shop have chosen to attempt blame us rather than addressing their staff member's appaulling attitude. Also implying we placed the order incorrectly, when the complaint had nothing to do with the T-shirts themselves. "Terrible, jobsworth "I don't know I just work here" attitude when collecting T-shirts today. Totally disinterested in the concerns and questions we had."

I ordered 2 items to be printed, and I was able to collect within 2 days. The quality of both the t-shirts and of the print were excellent -- didn't feel of plastic as some tend to do. I will definitely be coming back to Swish if I need anything else printed.
